Shipping and Returns

Shipping
As of now, all shipments are dispatched by the Swiss Post.
Shipping prices depend on your country. You will see your exact shipment price at check-out when you place your order. For international orders over 2kg and/or over 90cm (Height + Weight + Lenght please contact me for the exact shipping rates. The prices can vary btw. CHF 37 - CHF 106 depending on the country the artwork is shipped to.

Furthermore you are always welcome to pick up your package by person and meet me at my Studio in Zurich.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that shipments which are outside of Switzerland may be subject to export/import duties and taxes. These must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

As customs policies vary widely by country, I cannot anticipate what these charges will be, please contact your local government or post office for more information

Any damage on the product during the shipping is to be reported within three  business days.

Delivery
All packages below 2kg and/or below 90cm (Height + Weight + Lenght) will be sent through the regular post channel (you can choose Economy or Priority). All packages above 2kg and/or above 90cm (Height + Weight + Lenght) will be sent through the parcel channel (you can choose Economy or Priority). In favor of the shipment price, the delivery time at the moment can take a bit longer, depending on the destination.

Estimated shipping times

  • Domestic (Switzerland): 1-2 business days

  • Europe: 4-15 business days (European countries far away from Switzerland btw. 8-20 business days)

  • Other countries: 15-25 business days (11-15 for the US)

I cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance when shipping outside of Switzerland. 

Withdrawal and Return Policy
If you want to return something please contact me at hello@elisahuettner.com no later than 14 days after the date of receipt. I do not cover shipping expenses for returns.

I do not accept items that have been damaged. Goods that get lost during the return shipment cannot be refunded. I recommend using a tracking number when returning artworks.
Once I have received your item I will refund you by your original payment method, after the product has gone through a quality control check. For returns from abroad, I reserve the right to charge you for possible customs duties. I do not cover the expenses of returns.
